Demo of our coffee soda with Kenya Othaya at the Broadway location. Dry, refreshing, and great for today's weather. Many coffee sodas are just too sweet. We found less sweet is the key. Also upping the stakes with draft lattes and putting our fulu tea back on draft.
Replanted some of our seedlings at 171: the front ledge has some 1 yr old Mundo Nuevo from Buena Esperanza. Living reminders of how much time and investment has been shared between us.
The seeds from the red bourbon at our 171 Mass Ave Arlington location have germinated! That means we will be replanting them soon and promoting the 2 yr Olds to bigger pots. Now that the red bourbon is flowering again and the two at 364 Broadway have buds, we may have more cherry than we can use for just decoration.
Ever look at that last 3rd of a bottle in your fridge and be like idk if I want to drink that. We switched to boxes for our 'growlers' to solve that. You get a little more coffee without the oxidation and staling issues.
We rolled out Othaya this week in Nitro and the boxes for something clean and fruity.
