Las Brisas is produced by various small land-holding farmers from the Municipality of Rioblanco in Tolima, Colombia. The steep mountains, deep valleys, and abundant water in this region make for some of the most ideal growing conditions. Las Brisas is Spanish for ‘the breezes,’ and growers take full advantage of the mountain breeze when it comes to patio drying their beans.
