Upcoming Event: An Introduction to Coffee Cupping
We here at barismo decided to put on a cupping event to explore various offerings from premiere roasters across the country. The event will be hosted at Simon's Coffee Shop in Cambridge and will be held on the evening of April 21st. Seating is limited, so if you're interested please contact me at events@barismo.com for further details.

Ben K. called and asked us to donate a few coffees for this event, which we would be happy to do. Mostly likely our CoE Columbian and our new Brazil (assuming we have the desired roast profile dialed in). Thanks for thinking of us.

Miguel at Paradise is promising some very special new lots for the tasting and we are most definately thankful for them.
Local roaster Bob Weeks of Redeye will be attending and promises to bring coffee as well.
Looks like the plate will be full of great coffees to cup. A big thank you to all of the Roasters who are participating in this cupping!

Thanks for the invite Jaime. Alan Nietlisbach from VolCafe donated a coffee that I'm really excited about. Roasting it on Friday!
