  Espresso Tamper: Barismo Spec
Handle: EspressoCraft 3.50"
Base: Old stock EspressoParts S.S. 58mm convex
Modifications:
- Custom machined brass collar ring
- Base machined to "c-flat" hybrid shape
- Mirror polished base bottom surface

note: The new stock EPNW base are now 1/8" thinner. It's much lighter and does not have sufficient height to be used as dose/level indicator. No reponse from EPNW on old stock availability.

Whoa.. I like it.

Someone should sell the "BS" EspressoCraft tamper.

How about...

Espresso Craft B-Spec.

Sounds like a race mod.

The brass ring is the most pain in the ass bit to make. But if Jaime's mold idea works, I should be able to duplicate the collar with much ease (though it will never be as pretty as the prototype =)

I know for a fact the we (Espresso Parts) have made a custom bezel to fit Espresso Parts pistons to Espressocraft handles. More cross compatibility parts will be on the way too.

Who did you email to find out about old stock pistons?

yeah, we have a bunch of adapter bezels and we started doing this EP hybrid last month. Give me a shout and I will set ya up. Nice work I like the brass!

Dave,

I believe it was Brain that I spoke to about the change in the current stock of the base. I inquired about the availablility of the old stock since that is what I thought I was getting (and what we really loved), but never recieved any follow up from him.

I am glad you guys are doing the adaptor. I really like this combination and much rather buy it from you than slaving hours to make couple more.

Terry,

I could not find your email to set about getting those adaptors. Could you drop me an email (ben@barismo.com)? Thanks!

Ben... I have to say the brass is pretty nice. Give myself or Terry an email and we can discuss tamper piston heights, old stock and what not.
