Espresso: Dosing video
A quick short film about dosing(The Schyndel Move?). No theme song or dance yet, but the video is done. Dedicated to Rich(for coining the phrase) and BenC(for forcing me to do the video).

I hate to be the one to rain on your parade but I saw Troels Poulsen doing exactly this method back in February and must confess to stealing the scissors and incorporating it into my comp dose technique (mixed with a traditional stockfleths going clockwise, scissoring anticlockwise and then leveling).
It is a nice technique though, just not so sure you can get away with giving it your name.

I did not know about Troels. Interesting. That makes me feel pretty good that I came to a similiar end game as Troels. The more I find out about Troels, Wendelboe, and Klaus, the more I adore that culture over there in Denmark.
Then again, you prolly knew that already. I do believe James, you owe me a bag of coffee that I did not receive yet. I still don't know what you are drinking over there. Let me know.
As far as naming, that's just for silliness.
