Sampled a few bags of Northern and picked one I liked for practice. Found an
oops 'Don't tell Irena' bag. Glad I checked.

Still thinking. Music picked. Need to time out my rap and finalize everything including signature drink. Tommorrow on to Atomic Cafe to play on the GB5 to get a feel for the ergo on this machine and how it steams. Only GB5 in the region baby...
